That's what it shows on my datalog. If I was too look at my tach or something like that, then I would think it made it earlier than it actually does, but the datalog doesn't lie.

If he DID give a ticket to someone for going two miles over the speed limit then that's definately grounds for dismissal in my book, but I think the guy was going 17mph over the limit so I don't really know.
