It's got to be a five speed. If it was an automatic Duane would have told me........:sarcasm:
You don't beleive Wes do you? I think the dyno operator is just really good at speed shifting.
This should be a great turnout. I only wished my wife and I could make it to see this MKIII carnage...
I'm thinking that since there is no difference between the boost controller hooked up and disconnected that maybe the boost controller isn't working at all. Maybe it's shot it's wad. When the boost controller is hooked up, I still dont' get 17psi until around six grand and I know it used to get...
I doubt his car would run worth a shit if it had a baddddd boost leak.
Does it have any power at all while you're driving it or does it buck and hop? Have you checked your codes.

It doesn't go down to 13psi until about 7000rpm. It should not spike to 18psi and stay there until 6500rpm. It falls to 10-12psi at 6500 but doesn't come back up and level off until seven grand.
On the front of the throttlebody at the bottom is a ninety degree fitting that the vacuum line hooks too. I'll try to find a picture.
When I reverse the vacuum lines to the boost controller, the turbo spools up extremely fast. I get 20psi by about 3500rpm, but that's because the wastegate...
WOW!! That turbo looks laggy to me according to that graph. I'm not so sure the chute isn't overkill for 300rwhp. Hopefully that was just on low boost.
Here's a suggestion on upgrades.

I'm pretty sure this is Duane's car and that looks like Ron Ramirez standing there also. It doesn't say how much power it makes, but it damn sure sounds good. It's also one shiny white supra........

I was watching videos on youtube with my brother and found this. I swear that looks like Ron Ramirez so it must be Duane's car. I don't know why he hasn't posted this up anywhere. Hopefully he was going to eventually. His car shifts so much smoother than mine. I think my shortshifter has made...
I've had the gate plumbed to the throttle body, not the turbo. I thought that's what I was told to do. If it was suppose to be ran to the turbo then it wasn't.
The manual boost controller didn't seem to affect anything either, but it would be easier to tell if I had a smaller spring in my...
Justin, the source is right off of the turbo outlet. I've been making third gear pulls since my neighbors will try and have me arrested. I'm still doing about one hundred in a fourty five mph zone in third. I'm almost positive now that it's my boost controller causing this. I'm going to try my...
I still hook the boost controller up while driving it around. I'm still driving it whenever I go somewhere because it drives fine. I can't feel it lose power at all.
I was going to try to adjust the AVC-R because someone suggested it to me. I've tried everything else accept the manual boost...
When I needed them for my 1jz, I bought them from Oreily's for the 2jz. They were kinda expensive but I needed thm. I can't remember if they were three dollars or six dollars a box but it was one of the two. One box per injector. Good luck.
I just got back from scaring the whole neighborhood. Damn my car is loud with no exhaust. The datalog didn't change any. The max boost was 18.492 @ 6329rpm and then it fell off to 11.31 @ 6698rpm. It then went back to 13.5 @ 6994rpm and held perfectly between 13.5 - 13.851 all the way till...
