I had the HKS copy 44mm on my car for almost two years and it worke'd great. I bought a new Tial, but only because I wanted it to match my BOV and the rest of my engine bay once I get the parts polished. I never had one problem with my wastegate though. Good luck.

Dude.......that's exactly what mine is doing and it's doing it in third gear as well. Aaron told me to check my boost pressure sensor that's mounted on the firewall. I've already replaced the valve with a new MAC valve and it didn't help anything. I've also searched for boost leaks and haven't...
