I am not ass hurt but you should give solid advise or none at all.
And i dont care what you do to your car that is your car but if someone want the right answer than lets give it to them.
So why did toyota put them on there then? FOR LOOKS? Just because you dont care if your car brakes other people do so dont be telling other people Bad advise. Yes they are needed. They support the transmission to keep from breaking the bell housing.

Well i took my fuel tank to have a sump welded in and i saving for a A1000 fuel pump,and was thinking about using 5/8 alum line for the fuel.
What do you guys think about the alum line? (not the braided)
He is 17 , He needs a car thats better on gas ,It is a descent car so if it dont sell then i might just fix it ( if he helps). I work a lot of hours so that why i am not done with mine yet.
Well congrats to you , Do all the mantiance stuff to your car first ,new hoses ,tune up , new vac lines,ect it will save you a lot of headaches later. Worry about your mods after mantiance. Good Luck and save up
its the belt adjuster bolts it is right in front of #1 cly.bore, you should tighten it to 39 ft lbs before you bore the cyl because if you dont you can distort the bore tighten it. In the pic it is right above the crankshaft is a hole with a off centered circle around it.
