You can feel it inside the car when its idling it will do it a few times, then it'll be gone from anywhere to 5-12-20 seconds and then come back again. Its not noticible to the point the exhaust starts popping, but its noticible to where the engine shakes.

Since ive had the car yes. I start it the fan will get loud for about 15 seconds get quiet then i drive and my big rig comes to life. I Park and idle all is quiet maybe some wind noise here and there. rev is up and whooooooo whoooooo. Cant even hear the exhaust or the engine over the fan. only...

I used to not be able to roll up the passenger side window from the drivers side, so i used the passenger side switch to roll up the window, but now i cant roll up the window from eaither side. I had to fiddle with the passenger side switch to get it to go up. What could be the problem...
