I would look for a different clutch if I was you. I don't have any experience with them, but I've been reading bad reviews on their high horsepowere'd clutches. Maybe their single disc clutches are better. You can check our review section here and see if anyone has given any reviews on the RPS...

If it wasn't doing this before, I doubt it's an injector or fuel issue. I would definately recheck the timing and make sure he's got it set right. Good luck.

Your alternator won't effect the dash lights. You've got a blown fuse somewhere. You could have shorted out a couple of wires and blown the fuse while doing this swap.
