I can deal with no failsafes. I was actually wanting mine to come on at about 14 psi, and I was going to set my boost controller to 18-19 psi with 93 octane and 50/50 meth. I will check my reservoir before I drive it to make sure I'm not going to run out. Scott, did you only use one injector...

Although I am a big fan of the 1jz, I will tell you that a couple spirited runs in a 7m will not cause rodknock. He was undoubtedly low on oil and that's definately his fault. I had a 7m for two years before I got the dreaded knock, but in that two years I probably raced fifty times or more and...

I don't know if this is going to work or not.........but time will tell. I also have 1jz valves and not 2jz. The 2jz valves are a little bit bigger.

He's adding the shim's John and then he's going to see what the height is. He's also going to recheck the seat pressure at the new height and see how close it is. If this doesn't work then I'm going to park the car until I can buy some larger valves and have it all redone. I don't have the...

^OUCH!!! Update I took head to my machinist. He measured the seat pressure, and it was at 70#, but the specs call for 80#. The height was 1.345, but it should have been 1.325. I'm sure this is becasue the 2jz valves are longer than the 1jz valves. He's got a .030 shim he's going to add...
