Well its been a while since i updated this. I picked up a built Marlin Crawler R154 and remove the old r154. While i am working in the area i am putting arp flywheel bolts in too. Marlin Crawler claims it should hold 700 hp. Here is some pics and i will update again in the coming week.

Hey Scott, take a spark plug out and turn crank till the piston is down and feed a piece of rope in the cylinder till its full. ( use a new cloths line) It will hold.

Torque the stock headgasket to 72 ft lbs and you should be fine for a while.

Check the metal washer on back of the timing belt drive gear, sometimes the weld breaks and the belt will walk.

Carb cleaner is a big no no, it probably wasted your afm.

Sounds like that hose thats on the back of the head and connects to the coolant pipe.

Mine runs fine but it is just parked till spring.

I run the A1000 with -10 an feed and -8an return with a stock fuel rail, oem sumped tank. I sumped the front of the tank so the cops dont see it and painted the pump black. But i do do keep my tank at least half full of gas so i dont have no Fuel issues.
