I checked out DM, and noticed that they have a OEM shifter bushing and a hardened Urethane one also. The OEM shifter bushing is more than the Hardened Urethane Shifter Bushing. Is the OEM one better than the hardened Urethane shifter bushing?

The internals Im looking at are forged, but I was kinda leaning towards the GTE block anyways, oil squirters are just an added security. I was just wondering because i've got a extra GE block just laying around. Anyways, are the 89+ blocks cylinder walls thicker than pre-89 or not? and...

We are in the GTE section. My goals are roughly 500 to the wheels, as for the turbo, I planning for the driftmotion t66, manifold, and a few other things that are included in the kit...

I really would like to learn how to port cylinder heads, intake manifolds, compressor housing, etc. Does anyone have experience with doing any of this? what are all of the tools that are needed? has anyone built a custom flowbench? Any recommendations and information is greatly apprieciated...

I dont think you have to de-torque before you re-torque. The max the stock head bolts will safely do is about 75ft/lbs. Use the TSRM torque pattern, and torque at a constant interval, from 58 to 60 to 65 to 70 to whatever you decide to go to.
