They do have the same bump. The one that's goes over the cam cap. All do, 7m, 1j, 2jz

Ehhhh wrong. 7m valve covers next to 1jz or 2jz covers are way thinner. The 1jz and 2jz valves covers are a good 2-3" taller. Even if you didn't use a adapter and re welded the tabs, you wouldnt be able to run oem charge piping. FFIM would be required.

I can make an adapter that will bolt down to the 7m head, using a 7m valve cover gasket. The adapter will have thru holes that are chamfered or counter sunked for bolting to the 7m head. The top of the adapter is flat and has the 1jz or 2jz bolt pattern for the valve covers. Taped holes. So...

Oh I thought it still had to be approved, and the form is what gets it approved. Maybe I look into that.
