The condensation line, I didn't remove. I put a short 1/4" drive extension in it to make it straight, and taped it.
My HVLP is a cheapish Wagner. It came with the gun and turbine. I love it.
Cool man.. That's the correct way to change the color.
That rubber grommet around the heater core pipe comes out too.;)
Have you considered HVLP for spraying? It never runs out of nice dry air. Just a thought before you buy the loudest air compressor on the planet (sears.)
When a tape goes bad, I cut it up into all sizes. They are great to have around.
The recip is my billet cutter. sad but true. A sander will clean that right up.
Wes- JUN makes those gears.
I worked more on the coil holder. I was going the use the flanges I cut off of the old valve covers, but it will be a lot simpler and nicer to connect like materials. I got some free billet from my buddy.
Lots more to do, but it's a start anyway.
Because I like the "Mr Glass," I will let you slide... this time.;)

I just cut up two valve covers to make my future coil brackets. They had krap inside them anyway.
This again proves my theory that when you need something, just be open to finding it, and it will come to you. I do it all the time, and it works.
I found this out for trash in front of somebody's house.:)
It's 3" stainless.
