Mine stutters real bad in higher rpms. Take your plugs out and regap them about two thousands smaller. Put them back in and drive it down the road. If it persist, try it again. I currently have to gap mine at .020 to run 23psi.

This is what I did. I'm not saying it's right, it's just what I did. Take it for what it's worth. I grounded the back of my head, my alternator, my battery, one of my coilpacks, my exhaust manifold and I think that's it.
