I feel like a little kid... "whats that? what's that? what's that?"
The MGL Avionics thing? That Ice-Volt alert? Adjustable headlights!
That rat's nest behind the glovebox is fucked up though.
I do like the TT install. I like it a lot.
as for my addition, I don't think mine...
I'd be interested, Eric. I have several 7M dash harnesses available if need be.
But I'd definitely be interested. I'd even want to talk specifics, like remove some of the modules if you could, like the coolant temp, basically all but the main hub.
Get yours done first though!
This is a good thread right here.
I used those blue shop towels on a roll. They're tough lil bastids.
Soak them in simple green and clean up in there after you've removed all the oil.
EVO's are not rice.
Basically, MK3's are so well styled from the factory, that anything other than a lip and mild bodykits look wrong IMO.
My proposed "kit" is either the GReddy front or simply a Bomex lip, Kaminari sides, _________ rear skirts. (hiro if i can find them)

Do this: when you're done fighting those bolts, and all the arms are off in one way or...
Damnit, shaeff that sucks.
You are, unfortunately, going to have to cut them out, and it sucks.... bad.
An air powered hacksaw is the best tool to use here. it can get between the subframe and bolt easier than a sawzall.

The piece I got was about 3 feet long with a quick 90* bend at one end that only had 1" of hose after the bend.
I wasn't running the lawnmower cover, so I put the 90* side...
You can NOT powdercoat plastic.
The part that was mentioned about electrical charge being placed on the item to be powdercoated, well... electrons don't flow too well through plastic. A major reason that it is used as an insulator.
End of story there... lol
Just paint it. There are plenty...
