I put the one off my old engine onto the new one. I bet the engine you got is an early 7M as I'm not sure that there were differences on the oil pressure sender design JDM vs USDM. I just changed it because it looked different.

Pull off the inspection cover in the back of the car. You'll see the top of the tank, and the pipes coming out of the sender. Unplug the electrical connector there and test to see if you're getting voltage. Although improbable for bad fuel pump wiring, not impossible. Did you test fuel...
