Ground the grounds... They don't go anywhere, they ground. What you're doing is grounding the shielding around the wire. It stops interference from making fake signals and tricking the TCCS into thinking a KS is sending feedback.

Yep. Tee the two valve covers together, then into the can. Route the other fitting to the accordian hose so it gets vacuum when the turbo spools.

Borrow a good torque wrench if you can. I'm sure someone has one that they can either lend, or come down and torque on the studs for you. HG job isn't the biggest deal. Just take your time, replace as many hoses as you can while they are easily accessible, and do the little things like new...
