I'm with Ian on this one.... Karma sucks in this situation.
Sure this guy may work for cheaper, but you'll pay for it down the road in repairs from shoddy work.
IMO this is a situation where you should hire someone properly qualified who'll do the job correctly and leave you worry free for...

While you can use the JAZ can with no problems, you really should have it sealed without breather and a hose going to the accordian.
You need some sort of vacuum source to scavenge the vapors out of the valve covers...

Ground the grounds... They don't go anywhere, they ground.
What you're doing is grounding the shielding around the wire. It stops interference from making fake signals and tricking the TCCS into thinking a KS is sending feedback.

FWIW they're about $60/ea from any autoparts store, so take that for what you will...
The paperback version pays for itself when you're greasy and all you have to do is wipe your fingers off enough not to stain the pages instead of full wash and go inside to look.

Borrow a good torque wrench if you can. I'm sure someone has one that they can either lend, or come down and torque on the studs for you.
HG job isn't the biggest deal.
Just take your time, replace as many hoses as you can while they are easily accessible, and do the little things like new...
