The leak up there in the spark plug galley is from bad valve cover seals, or from loose valve cover bolts. You should get on that right away and check to see if it's one of those, but also look around. Clean the engine up real good, and get some engine oil dye. Let the engine run for a little...

Heres what you should do. It'll keep the noise down, and still flow.
Run a high flow cat. The noise reduction by that alone is pretty good...
