Supposedly since the SP61GT and the lex AFM are basically bolt I don't see why either wouldn't fit. The worst I could forsee happening would be that you'd need slightly different silicone couplers; and since I have spoken to greg before (amazing person to deal with) he might be able to modify it...
I've had a small coolant leak from my PWR rad for quite some time now coming from the threads on the barb that go to the overflow tank. So today I go to try and fix the leak and low and behold THE THREADS ARE GONE. I just unthreaded it and it turned about twice and then just fell out no threads...
Yea, to get the trans off at all I tilted the motor a good amount and used the biggest flat head screw driver I had and just pried the living crap out of the PP and bell housing. :)
Too bad you have the wrong clutch :( I commend you for even trying this task so fast. Took me a little while...
Supposedly what I have been hearing is that some cars don't agree with some electronics from the lex AFMs. Can I prove it from experience; unfortunately no. However thats what I have heard.

Bishop has rounded off a headbolt... however this is one of the very few incidents that I have ever seen a headbolt ever actually fail.
I followed this http://cygnusx1.net/supra/library/TSRM/cl/CL_11.html and everything went fairly smoothly other then me not having the correct tools for one thing. To get it seperated I just wrestled it until it popped out.
I was second guessing the whole process as well.
I just don't know where I can go to have that kind of work done (custom manifold) and still have it be worth the money.
