Even the best mechanic can't properly help diagnose over the internet without accurate descriptions, pictures (not entirely necessary, but extremely helpful), and lots of info. If ATF is leaking out of a tube, then yes. Replace said tube.

Depends where they are. I've had good luck with simply cleaning out the heads with a pick, and using a perfect phillips bit for the screw. That or an impact driver, but that only works certain places...
