ive got one of those at school, il use that. Also do i just run a positive lead to the copper terminal on the engine side of the starter to eliminate problems with that wire?
No, i am reading it properly. Im not that stupid :p
I just never experience this with other cars so i was wondering why it was doing it, it seems that figit would be right in saying thicker oil wont drip or flow as well when cold, i guess that might have something to do with it if the 7m has...
Ive got the oh too common starter problem of no crank. When i turn the key to start i hear the relay click, and i hear the starter gear click out to the flywheel and hold in, but no crank. I already fully tested and cleaned the relay and contacts in the relay and it is all fine. I checked all...
So i have this weird problem with my 7mge, it has 83k orig miles on it and when i want to check the oil, i need to make sure the car has been run all the way warmed up and everything first before i shut it off to check the level. If i decide i want to move the car before checking and jsut run...
dont change parts til you know whats wrong. you probably just have air trapped in there, if you filled the system up while the front of the car was angled down at all you will probably run into problems with air trapped in the heater core. Air= no heat= steam= all your symptoms
I recently installed an oil pressure gauge in my car with an aftermarket electric seding unit, as you know the port for oil pressure is right under the exhaust manifold and already the plastic on the sender is starting to melt. I was ondering what most of you guys do for this, should i wrap my...

i dont know because i bought the car and the oil was just changed, i would think its just a 10w30 or 10w40 but i really dont know. It also has a carquest filter on it
Ok ive got an 87 NA supra and i have a couple questions. I just installed a prosport aftermarket oil pressure gauge and when i coldstart the car oil pressure goes to an unbelieveable 80psi at 1500 rpm, if i rev it during cold i can get the pressure above 90psi. after its all warmed up i know the...

About the peak hold thing, i was thinking i might just set it before i put the cover on or id make a hole in the cover and then i could stick something long and thin through to press the button
I decided to take the hard route and install these badboys in the stock gauge cluster and i thought i would just show you guys the progress. What ive got are 60mm amber/white water temp and oil pressure. The water temp has peak/hold(still dont really know exactly how to use it or what it does.)...
