I disagree, the amount of air pulled in isn't really enough to spike the o2 sensor.
Also, personally witnessed, have seen some actually on the dyno pull the hose to get passed FCO.
Regardless of trying to fix the real problem here...
I say just remove the PCV hose from the accordion pipe and run it again at the emissions tester.
The hole in the accordion will suck in some serious un metered air and will lean you out.
**again... I'm saying to 'fix' the emssions deal.**
I guess that MBC on ebay has a stepper motor integrated inside to pressurize the 6.5 psi actuator spring open at 0 psi.
Says the MBC can be set for 0 through 30psi.
