If I were going to do it, the weight gain alone by using the 16lb product would definitely shy me away from it. That being said I would never do it, but then again, I would never put a snake oil additive in my car either. ;)

I doubt you're special, more likely they use the same body wiring harness for a lot of different models. I know my car is fully wired for TEMS but doesn't have any of the components.

Well, actually its just because the air flow is increasing as RPMs go up. You have the wrong model FCD if it has no green wire. The only one that needs an RPM signal is the one used for the MKIII. (Type K3) Sounds to me like you've been had.

JJ, the new OEM radiator I bought does not have a spring vacuum valve. That being said, the original did; but at some point they moved to an atmospheric pressure cap.
