can't wait to go R154, when i drive my car it's like driving years of abuse.. knocks the car back a few inches when i go into reverse, does not shift into 4th gear... it actually barely shifts into 2nd.. revs almost to the redline then it gives it a nice rough shift..

http://www.speedtoys.com/~stryder/ might help, you should be able to use any early 89 and lower models. this is a guess but..there may have been 3 for the 87 since it was the first turbo year: 86.5 N/a to early 87, ma-71 turbo , and ma-70 turbo this again is a guess not really going...

i would agree, ceramic coating and wrap should help a ton. prolly 50$ for 50x1 i think?

sadly there will not be that meny, i have found aftermarket automatic transmission shifters.. but they only come with 1 button to fit in with the masses, i kinda doubt you will ever find one with an o/d button. unless you don't care about that.. otherwise they are all over ;)

do not use alcohol on the sensor. thats asking for trouble... do NOT use anything combustible (anything that can catch on fire) or you will not be driving your car for a while... what i am talking about is the sensor itself not the connections also...

he means clean your throttle body. carbeurator cleaner and a tooth brush. i'll post what i posted in your other link "Ignition timing is incorrect or is not working right(for both probs) dirty fuel injectors (this can be your other problem too) wouldn't hurt to check your throttle body...

so you know there is something wrong with the turbo? whats wrong with it?
