how likely is the water temp sensor my problem? First time cranking it, it has to crank several times to fire up. on cold start it idles fine, close to 1000, for warm up. after it warms up, idle fluctuates between what looks to be 500-550rpm I've set tps, timing. checked isc, egr, plugs...

thanks, both of those check out; ISC sound and resistance check good TPS needed adjustment idle is better, most of the time 650, but sounds like a low lope and at times it dips to 500rpm.

what is the bolt, on the outside of the fuel rail, just below the isc? what is suppose to be attached there? anyone have pics? also; is there any problem with having the fuel rail spacers upside down (black side down)? thanks

oops, I looked at that wrong. It is 205MB It would be pretty difficult to send through email, with size limitations on attachments from many providers. So we would definitely need someone to host it.
