ok took the map light cover off and the bulbs look fine? i checked all the fuses also and they are all good.still nothing. ill use a 9v batt on the bulbs and a multimeter to the fixture tomorrow to test it. glad the fog bulbs are replaceable. i might go with yellow ones. is it best to get under...

i have both of my cabin map lights, and the left fog light out. what is the best way of taking off the map light? i dont want to break the thing. do i have to replace the entire fog light? how can i get to it?

thanks for all the help so far guys. smashed plug gap, running great now. topped it off, drove it 10 miles today and no sign of leaks. dip stick was same as top off. Toyota sells a three step fuel system cleaner for $24. anyone use it?

the first 2 cylinders had fresh oil on top. i will be replacing the plug. i also took off the throttle body and check all the other plugs (did same thing as tsrm says to do). plugs look normal, so its not the rings. i put it all back together and i hear pops from the exhaust now.:3d_frown:

could that much oil come from oil gallery plugs? ill perform a compression check also. what is normal pressure for the 7MGE?
