make sure your car can support more power. sure you can go faster but can you stop? can you turn? suspension, tires, lines, bushings, drive train, and basic maintenance should be the first thing you should do before even thinking about gaining any extra horses.
i have no idea. some might be sealed, some might be able to be disassembled. try to Google disassembling a Toyota brake booster? call a Toyota shop and ask them?

looks like you got to take it apart first cause of the rubber parts inside can get damaged.
