7M ECUs are pretty much bulletproof, except for reverse polarity events.
If you resolve all fusible links and everything else and it still doesn't work, you may need to consider getting a replacement ECU.
Here the red stuff is called long-life coolant, is not premixed, and was the factory fill for antiques like the Supra.
The pink stuff is Super Long Life Coolant and is premixed and is the factory fill for current Toyotas. It is HOAT non-silicate, non-amine, non-borate. Honeywell (Prestone)...
I forgot that the front crank seal rides on the crank timing-belt pulley. That is very convenient as you can change it out easily if grooved. Also, there was a discussion a long time ago about the fact that there is no o-ring seal between the pulley and the crank nose, so that oil, in theory at...
Oil pressure plays no role in a front crank seal leak. Most likely, replacing the dipstick with one that sealed better raised your crankcase pressure and that created a leak at the next weakest point which apparently was your front crank seal.

I would verify that when the window is rolled down it doesn't hit anything in that space. The door space is pretty tightly packed, not much room for more stuff.

Left kick panel is a 7.5A fuse they both share (E1). Also, there is a big junction box with 3 connectors from cowl wire to instrument panel wire (E3)...
Is this a JDM car? Not sure what you mean by the mirrors not working. The UDM cars do not have power folding mirrors, although they do have defrosters.
You need to remove the radio and disconnect the power plugs. Then start by checking for power and ground on the relevant pins.
+B should have 12V all the time
ACC should have 12 V with the ignition on or in accessory position
GND shoul d be low resistance to ground
The rest are don't care for...
