It can be a stuck wastegate. Check the flapper at the back and see. If you have access to an air compressor, you can run air through the line and see what PSI it opens at and then you will know.

O, he has not PM'ed me about any IC piping, just gears. I don't have an intercooler that is ready to bolt up, I have a CORE which needs end tanks. I do have various random pieces of intercooler piping that is not listed though.

Are you using the JZ pressure sensor or the DriftMotion line and 7M Pressure sensor to see the oil pressure on the stock gauge? I plan on hooking up a set of AEM gauges to monitor everything and just wanted to keep the stock oil pressure gauge as a back up.

I plan on doing 500-600 to the wheels on my 1J and make it reliable. Those numbers should come after I break in my engine on the stock fuel system and then throw on the bigger fuel system and head to the dyno.

Did you read JDub's oil thread I told you about? Hope it helped. Don't skip the oiling system on the 7M or all your money invested will go down the drain. Take your time and do it right the first time. By the way, I like stainless steel hoses, not the push lock hoses because I am not sure...

Get the front timing cover done as well if you are doing the block.
