PASSING SMOG in CALIFORNIA is like passing a BOARD EXAM

Supras are pretty easy to pass. Most people fail because they disconnect the EGR and get high NOx. Fresh gas and a warm engine and your golden.

STALX Supra - The Ultimate Time Attack MKIII

I would be interested in the reason behind IC piping designs. I could take a guess that small hotside pipes causes a pressure drop in the IC (making it more efficient?) lowering temperature and spooling turbo faster(engine vacuum + kind of like a reversion dam) . New time 11.81 @ 117 CT26 powered 7M NEW RECORD!!!

I use a paint pen to mark bolts that i have torqued. Pretty much ever nut or bolt had some kind of coating. Either oil, Arp lube, Locktite, or antisieze. Of all the performance shops or race teams i have seen the only time head bolts get touched again is to rebuild the engine or reseal the head.

    New time 11.81 @ 117 CT26 powered 7M NEW RECORD!!!

You dont need to re-torque. Arp recommends that you preload the bolts before putting them into service.

    Found a W-series transmission

Some of the gears and bearings are slightly wider. Reverse most noticeably. The center plate has the same dimensions though. I will be using the oil baffle, center plate, reverse shift fork and other little bits. If you want to do a W swap this is the one to get.
