Donate it. To me, in case I break mine ;) I had a similar problem, what I used was a utility knife, carefully wedged between the glass and the molding. They were just stubborn from being there for 20 years, not glued. I would use a heat gun, not a blowtorch, though... lol

Now I can answer. You can run the car NA-t no problem. The internals are IDENTICAL save for the GE block not having oil squirters, and the pistons are 9.2:1 cr where the GTE pistons are 8.5:1 People have made big power on NA blocks, I plan to swap a spare into my car should anything go wrong...

Small price to pay when you get a tubular t4 header for $150. It's a known problem, as well as the wastegate flange being sideways. I'll deal with it. It's when I pay $1500+ for one that I'll get picky.

Might just be me, but I'm not willing to take a "supplement" called "NO-Xplode" regardless of what it claims to do.

You could try installing an aftermarket gauge into the cluster and use the stock needle, like some have done with their boost gauges.

Definitely verify that you have strong enough vacuum at the bov.

Alec: It's there as a backup to assist the stock clutch fan, and as nosechunks said, they are set to come on at 212*F, so I would highly recommend installing an aftermarket coolant temp gauge, especially after looking at the graph that 3p just posted.
