I believe the sound you're hearing is caused by the EBC. You've since adjusted the duty on the stepper/solenoid?
I hear this noise on my tial all the time... mine is just the stepper motor of the EVC trying to regulate boost at the gate.
Going to the track tomorrow with the current diff I have right now... see what it does, then I'll swap to the 4.30 and try it.
On an annoying note... tonight while slipping the clutch to practice launching, my RPS welded itself to the FW... :rofl:
So I just cranked the engine in reverse till...
My stock ECU for whatever reason doesn't hit the limit till 7,032ish.

I want to drag race the car mainly, but still be able to hook on the street and stay in boost. 255-50-16 street tires mainly.
I think I will put the diff in this weekend and just go with it.
