would the rsr racing springs and tokico hp be a good dd setup?? i don't know much about spring rates and stuff?

ive been looking at rsr race springs and tokico hp.dose that sound like a good combo?or is their any other sugestions i have around 500 that i can spend or should i just get new struts(stock)?

i was just woundering becouse i had it apart and replaced the line undernith the cps and still it leaks and i also replaced the water pump gasket,i guess now i will replace the water pump. thanks caleb

sorry to bring this back but what is the weep hole, my water pump leaks out of the bottom bolt area and i changed the gasket to the water pump but still leaks. its just a drip...drip kind of thing but its just really anoying.
