2JZ doesn't come mounted to any R154s but you can get the 1jz bell housing and flywheel and it should bolt right up from what I understand, also depending on if your car is pre89/post 89 you might need different engine mounts.

Although What I would be worried about is just that... that weight "up top" on the rear of the car helps the rear end "sway" a bit and I would think that bit of sway would help with understeer... BUT if you take away some of the rear body roll I would think the car would understeer harder...
