    I run this manifold: http://manictechracing.com/mtrloru1jmat.html I also run a GT40-88 turbo. Full spool by 4k. I rev my motor to 8k. No problems at all :) It starts spooling almost off idle, its very responsive. A 1JZGTE spools a turbo a few hundred RPM later then a 2JZGTE (1-300)...

    Not always select, whatever is left over in the beer fridge from the night before is what I drink. I prefer yuengling for breakfast. The hops and yeast seem is really filling and makes the day go by. Ive tried margaritas and crown and cokes, and they just leave you hungry and buzzed

    Finding one in good condition that's not priced more then an aftermarket 1 piece is not easy. I finally found one from a 1997 SC for $80 shipped. It's in mint condition.

    Yeah, the tranny seems to be holding up OK. I never shift under power, seems to be doing good for it so far. I have a backup ready just in case.

    Been driving on this for 3 months!!! :aigo: At highway speeds it felt like a blender was chewin up some ice under my car. Now that i have my new driveshaft in, the car is twice as quiet lol PS, and now I can dyno :)

    You'll never find an ECU unless you buy one new if it's missing. As far as the wiring goes, it will be a PITA, but theres a few VVTI 1JZ sc300's floating around, its not too bad. Yes, the rods break at around 400whp.

    The OLDDDDDDDDD chasers, the cressida. Other then that, nothing. The sexiest car Toyota ever made was the JZX100 Chaser 2.5 Twin turbo 5spd TRD Edition. There is no comparable american car.

    Chaser ECU's in Soarer swaps seem to yeild a little more power too. The Chaser was the fastest car Toyota offered in Japan.

    Soarers seem to put down more whp on twins due to the GEN 2 design and whatever ECU changes were made since they are newer by 2-5 years.
