Yea, i think ur stop mounts are dead IMO. It is an annoying sound when going over little bumps and even pavements. Try to follow Grimjack directions to see if you can feel/ hear the noise when you do that. If your shocks or springs failed the ride will be horrible physically when driving such as...

^^ mostly likely what you are hearing is dead top mounts. They go for 47 a pop at the dealer. Your shocks/springs are probably fine. You should just replace the top mounts if you are on a budget and not trying to upgrade anything also just keep the stockers for a bit longer as they are working fine.
