I might install a tiny fan on my ECU... That will pretty much solve the cap problem.

Could be the caps, its a common issue. Not alot of other things break in there. Here are the cap value with ebay links. Most come from seller TechnoStar so shipping is cheap. You could always just go somewhere local. We have an industrial warehouse here that sell this stuff locally...

Heck my new precision GT40-88 smokes on decel, dang thrust bearing went bad on this one too. You can take the compressor blade with the air filter off and move it back and forth 1/4in. Factory defect and it is covered by warrenty.

Sensor or ECU. If you don't have a CEL, my bet is ECU. Getting a new input processor chip for the cam sensor from Nippon Denso is pure Unobtainium. I now use that ECU for a parts bin, just in case my injector drivers or cap's blow on my SARD.

Nope. Drive it like you stole it! My twins smoked a tad on decel, and they lasted 6+ months @ 18psi daily driven. I took them off to single upgrade, they had some play, but sold em, and the new owner still runs em a year later.
