I popped off the coolant on the underside of the intake manifold between the #1 & #2 runners and the gauge spiked after 30 seconds and I drove it maybe the other 45 seconds home and everything was fine....flush, fill, burp....good as new.
No idea if they make a 6pt...I've got 12 pt.
I'm pretty sure they all come with an allen wrench hole in the top so you can get them out with the head still on.
you don't need a 5spd ecu, I don't have one in my car. You would need it if you wanted to retain cruise control and neutral start (clutch pedal has to be pushed in to start the car).

they're too wide, if they didn't cut into the fenders it wouldn't look that bad. The same idea in something the same size as the factories does look pretty good.....sometimes. More often than not a fixed headlight conversion looks pretty bad.

there are a few factors to the speed thing, which tranny you're using, which speedo gear you are using, and which differential you are using. If you aren't running the speedo gear that matches the diff then it will be off (I don't know if the gearing in the tranny's is differnet or not) somebody...
5 weeks waiting for parts in the mail and working 40+ hours a week. That's also including time to clean and paint just about everything in the engine bay, tear apart the interior and install speakers and a cd player, 5spd conversion (pedals and master/slave cylinders), and tearing the engine...

Ok...another run down. Your turbo car has either a 3.73 or 3.91 LSD. If your n/a is a sport package then it has a 4.30 LSD which would give you better acceleration and less top speed. If your n/a is NOT a sport package, it would have a 4.30 NON-LSD...which would mean wussy 1 wheel burnouts and...
