    the stock sensor for oil just sucks. youd get a more accurate reading replacing it with a aftermarket gauge like i did.

    id use a multimeter and ohm test the wires, find the egr wire, then see which one its connected to and go that way

    are you sure you fixed the collant sensor and not just the ac one?

    nice! but i really recomend the oil softline kit for re-install if you can afford them. casue after 20+ years, just worth the investment to avoid leaks

    check the teeth on the regulator and motor. also possible the motor is on its way out

    razor blade and a small propane torch. heat knife and cut. then once you have a hole thru, you can put the wire thru and saw it off.

    if your more or less stock, the DM kit is a good one. or if your into fabing, just buy some aluminum pipe and coupers and build your own.

    the lower IC piping seems to be the issue lots, probs has to do with all the old oil sitting on the hoses.

    Modify the stock ct26 boost actuator to hold 10psi?

    common mod is to shim the actuator with washers to put more tension on the spring, but that requires alot of messing about to get the right tension. i suspose you could use a new sping set to the right tension, and go that route

    its possible, not sure if those are the anti theft decks that need to be re-set after removal. though if you take the plug with you, easy enough to re-wire
