Mine went in perfect, no modding needed. but some people say the had to make some holes bigger or had to drill some more holes. try it out. let me know if u had to do anything, cuzz im still confused on y mine went perfect and others had to do something.

Dead o2 possible, and or the gauge is not getting a signal/weak signal. the the wire leading to your o2 sensor.

Yep, remove trim, there will be 2 8mm nuts holding it. the studs are in the plastic piece. then its one lttle clip in the middle u can just pop it out or push it out :) easy job. but i hate having to remove the trim on the inside :(
