Jay- It's been running for a while. But, last month it was having a charging problem or something along those lines. I replaced the alternator and that didn't fix anything...
I would start over like your putting it on for the first time. Take them all out, use some thread lock and put them back in the right order with the torque and 90 degrees.
Honestly man, take the tranny back off and torque it right. I did the same thing kinda. I used the wrong bolts and later on realized it. So, I took the tranny back off and replaced it with ARP's with lock tite.
So, better to be safe than sorry.
I made the exhaust myself. 3'' from the y-pipe back to a 3'' muffler with a 3'' high flow cat.
I go on 206 occasionally. I don't know if it was near tabernacle though. How long ago was it?
The supra- only about 115mph (still worried about taking it any higher just quite yet)
The IS300- about 125mph
my old 00' ZX6R- 145mph
My 06' CBR600RR- 150mph
My old 02' RSX-S Turbo- 150mph
My old 00' Accord EX V6- 120mph
I wouldn't try to "hold back" the fan while it is spinning. It is a clutch fan and might do some damage.
Like the other said, take it off and put the nuts back on the pulley or use some hose to listen.

Well, when I plugged the ecu back in, everything started working fine. So, guess I had an evil bug in there. But, not only did I get it working, check this thread out on what I did today....

Well, I got her running today and figured why not go out and do a burnout and a flyby. BTW, this is my very first RWD burnout in my life. I was happy with it. Also, yes, the two side molding pieces aren't on the car. Enjoy and let me know what you think.

Aaron- I opened it up and it is clean as a whistle. I looked carefully and there was nothing.

Here's the problem, the car died while I was driving it a couple months ago. Lights went dim and it was sputtering then just died. Well, I finally got around to getting an alternator. I put it in and it is getting the correct charge...
