Definitely double check every coupler and clamp. I seems that you have blown one off for it to just out of no where give you zero boost. Even if it looks like it is secure, double check all couplers.
I'd just get a walbro 255lph. The 7mgte will be good. But, if you are buying one anyway, you might as well get the best. Only reason I haven't got a walbro yet is because I'm too lazy to change it out. The 7mgte is fine for me right now.
It all depends how much you want to spend or if you can make it yourself.
I made mine for about $200 with a hi-flow cat and 3'' muffler. It is 3'' from the y-pipe to the muffler. It's nothing special. But, it works great and sounds awesome. I painted it with the high temp aluminum paint...
Maybe 300rwhp.
As for the fuel pump...You'll be able to hear it. It is quite louder than the stock one.
As for the FMIC...I am using a 24x12x3. The stock IC is good for the HP you are at. But, it doesn't hurt to upgrade.
I don't see how it could rub. I have Megan coilovers with 18x8 and 18x9, 235/40 and 265/35. You can look at my sig below. I don't rub at all. Not to mention that it is lowered a lot more than eibachs.

I'd suggest getting an upgraded fuel pump. But, as mentioned, the 1jz injectors have a yellow top. I'm using the stock injectors on mine with the stock 7mgte fuel pump without any issues.
