I did it. You buy all three pieces (left, right, and center). Then you remove all three of your pieces. Then, punch two holes for the lower bolts on the 89+ center piece. Make sure to use USDM bulb boards, because JDM ones don't have rear side marker lights. I think that's it. And the "SEARCH"...
