devin: that post did not help me for the tensioner i use the plastic end of a small screw driver (between the pulley and rear timing case) and pushed it over until the sides A and B (tsrm) on the belt felt the same. while i pushed over on it i had the nut just barely cracked loose so the...

problem with pulling the dent out is that there will still be high spots around the edges
