I don't know when you need this by, but I will be at a store this weekend that has official jerseys, etc. here in Chicago. They are usually about as cheap as possible and I get a good discount. If you want I can see if they have the right piece and shoot you a price.

Yes, that is official, BUT it is the away jersey. If he did not specify the away jersey, it's probably not what he wants. Most Chelsea fans prefer the blue home jersey.
