I always just get in and drive. I keep the revs LOW (near the warmup range) in all gears until I am up to temperature.
I guess I don't understand how driving it at low revs is much different than standing still at those same low revs (for the motor) :dunno:
This DS isn't really expensive at all. I expected something like this to be way more $$$. I will never need a piece like this, but I was going to be getting the Al 1-piece; this one is so reasonable I might have to change my mind.:icon_razz

I don't have anywhere near the tire you do, my motor is healthy with some good mods - I won't break loose on dry pavement unless I dump the clutch from the middle of the rev range.
I'm not sure how you're going to do that in an auto without a good brake torque. :dunno:

It seems like there would be, but that paragraph seems to indicate the change in fuel mixture will cause the catalytic converter to raise in temperature - is this the result of chemical reaction with the catalytic element? A...
