9 sec E.T ill be happy, Thats not my point though, basically trying to build a very strong motor to handle a good amount of abuse and still hold together for a good amount of time. Now you might say that this is not worth it, but remember when i started this thread, in my head i was thinking...
From what I've researched,
Maximum Service Temperature, Air 1000 °F
How hot do our cars run (combustion chamber)? I'm guessing somewhere close to that range if not more depending on the type of fuel used am i correct?
Now a typical heat treatment for this alloy is rough forging which...
So from your experience, what do you prefer 3 angle or 4 angle . Ive never heard anyone doing a 4 angle on a supra im curious to see the difference!

Ok let me start off by telling you these valves are made by Delwestusa , These valves are molly coated and almost indestructible. These valves go for $100 EACH , We can do whatever you want with the valve.
Also stock valve seat is .0100 wide, he cuts them at a 45 degree angle and gets the down...
Not getting offended at all lol , I'm actually learning something new thanks to you guys. The way I thought of it was that these valves you can rev up to 20k rpm and not worry about valve float for hours at a time, so it would make me think that these are very durable and light weight. Which...
Reason i say that is because everyone seems too against it.
So for 1k you wouldnt want Ti valves, Ti retainers and Ti keepers?, i know i would. So why offer another product that noone makes for the 7m and the jz series
I will be going this route to learn and experience the difference between the 2.
I appreciate the response IJ, your more than welcome to delete this thread.

These are same exact valves used in Honda nascar v8's revving to 20k rpm, I'm wouldn't think...
With the valve being cut 4 angles, it would have the corners the intake wants, i would say more efficient than stock, also if you include a nice port/polish, i dont see where this would be a waste of money! Buying stainless steel is a waste in my opinion when you can get titanium for just as...
Was wondering has anyone thought about installing some titanium valves in their 7M head! Ive searched and all i see is stainless steel valves which in my opinion is pointless. Reason i ask is because i have access to make this happen, just want to see others opinions on this.
Im talking...
Did he give you an estimate on how long this would take, that way you can email them to make sure it was shipped out, you dont want to wait and go through the same thing over again.
Also make sure you keep us updated, Im sure we could have minimum of 20-30 people emailing him about this until...
Ok front seat is not 90lbs its actually 69lbs ( i put it on a scale)
Sound deadning.... I ripped out all of mine and didnt even hit 25lbs!!
Rear seat delete... depends if you leave it all gutted then yea you saved 15-20 lbs. but if you plan on covering it with carpeted ply wood to make it...
