I/H/E. There isn't much else without going NA-T. You could do the rest of the smaller things. But, it isn't going to add much power for what you are going to spend. I'd say just keep it stock, save and then go turbo. You'll be happy in the long run.

Advanced Auto. They have the "tuner" lugnuts that fit in the lug holes on the wheels. I have them on my Supra and IS300. They are like $30-40 for the full set and key.
This is for the later models. But, I think that it will give you the general idea. Also, To bypass the stock one, just take the 2 vacuum lines off and use those rubber caps on the nipples.
