But if you do have muscle, they take that into consideration. They said that I was overweight but I was 5'5, 173lbs (in my hey day) but they knew it was muscle and my waist was still 31". Waist measurements is like 30 points I think. I may be wrong though

You don't have to be enrolled full time in order to get the GI Bill. It is prorated though for number of hours taken. And I'm glad I was in when TA was 100%. I heard they dropped it down to 75% again..
