There was 5 at the local junkyard here. Took all of them :). If your looking for one feel free to pm me. I only have one left that i was going to use but am looking into doing a headgasket before upgrading haha.
This guy is ridonculous haha.
Even if you do race him and beat him, he'll say he was a half throttle or he wasn't pushing his car and what not. It has happened to me before same sh*t all the time. Not worth a race really.
The look on people that just buy a brand new sports car and race...
Heh ya that ones expenisve but probably worth it. You could probably find one at a junkyard. I paid 70 for mine there. I'm cleaning it up a bit with my dremel and is looking pretty awesome.
Just called Ryan a prosport and he's taking back my sending unit for testing and getting me a new one. I am one happy camper now :) haha
I want to turn up my boost! but don't know what im running i don't want to blow intercooler piping....
I've heard of it but never joined, I spend most of my time on this forum. The supras on jack stands every weekend for the most part :biglaugh:. Your supra is an n/a right?
I should join there do they have any good meets?
I'm using an auto tranny and swapped it with a 5spd ecu and didn't notice any change.
We should meet up sometime this summer, we're plannin a cruise up to the beach this summer with a bunch of cars 4-5 supras, viper, 5.0 mustang, and a 3000gt. Should be fun :evil2:
Your from new hampshire?? Theres a few of us supra guys from nashua, where are you from?
Theres a writeup somewhere on how to trick the ECU thinking that the car is in park to start the car on the auto ecu but using a manual tranny. If you do this the ecu will throw you a code for the tranny...
Well i disconnected the sender and when i would turn on the car it would peg at 30psi go back down to -30 like it always does at start up and then slowly creep up to -30 again. When i connect the sender, it does the same start-up and then it Pegs at 30psi it doesn't creep it just slams to 30psi...
It's an electrical boost guage. They have a sending unit on the site for 20 bucks that i might pick up. I just wanted to see if that was my actual problem. I will call them however to see if they can replace it for me.
If it doesn't work... i guess i'm going to buy a new guage.
Man i seriously just laughed my ass off right now when i read about the integra. Yea Sean (the viper owner) told us that he had to talk his way into the dyno and that the show wasn't even that great.
Mine hasn't gone yet and is well over 220K miles. Need to order a set of ARP's and should be ready to take it apart once it blows.
But yea, i would check for leaks. Coolant doesn't just dissappear...
