I have used the BG product, keeps em good and quiet for a few hundred miles. It just doesn't soak in very deep into the pad. I have used it to fix some problem cars before.

Dome fuse is your constant power to those things, not sure if that effects your a/c or not but I also have gages and a pump if you need it.

Can adjustable cam gears be adjusted so much that you get overlap? I ask this because it makes an EGR affect and may actualy make it pass emissions that way. That and I would like to try a set of gears but if it doesn't do this I dont want to waste my money on them.

loctite is used to keep oil from leaking from the holes also. What are you using to torque em down? and how much, PFT?

I noticed the loctite also when I did mine. I just went with FIPG-black and its all ok. That stuff is amaizing, I even use it instead of exhaust gaskets. After the turbos of course.

ah yes, you have a 89 ma and a 90+ jza. grab a ewd, some coffe and start repinning the connector. Most are colorcoded the same, just go one by one.
