did you try to lock and unlock the doors with the key to reset the security system after you d/c'd the battery for the install..?? that trips me up every time.. just a thought..

the primary (master) will leak under the dash on your shoe, the secondary(slave) will leak under the car on the ground.. Edited, if no leaks? then id say you have air in the system? but i dunno,, i should have read your post better.. sry..

i went remanifactured, no leaks in almost 3 yrs so far...

i agree. mig welding aluminum is very difficult, and setup is critical, and it looks like crap.. i have never done aluminum on a tig, but i would like to know more about it.. thats my next buy.. i saw harborfreight had one for 300$ on sale now for 200...

do you mean IC piping? most bends are sold in either, 45's, 90's or 180 degee bends?? try the search button and type in IC piping and hit go.. to follow the stock route is about 9ft+- search for cooleze. hes got nice piks if you mean intake, again try the search button. lots of stuff...
